Well, in a company or any organisation for that matter, some people are afraid to get too close to others, maybe because they fear of getting their positions jeopardized. Also, if they reveal any personal secrets of theirs to their colleagues, they are scared the colleague might use the secret to blackmail them or something...If I were you, I would stop trying to talk to her, but observe her from afar instead to see what's bothering her =D

So I guess what I'm feeling is a beautiful sadness.
